Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following:

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Once I receive your returned item, I’ll inspect it and notify you about your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Lost Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
